Beneteau First 36.7 Kraken

Description

Our First 36.7 Kraken is a pure out & out cruiser racer with a pedigree, Beneteau has wrapped a bundle of high quality gear, several unique features and many creature comforts into a neat package. She’s a Bruce Farr design which is known for great performance, as well for cruising the seas, under way the First 36.7 certainly springs to life. It’s obvious that Kraken carefully addresses the needs of sailors who want to be able to sail competitively yet still cruise in comfort. Her cockpit layout with her raised and extended traveler track forward of the helm allows for plenty of mainsail travel running in a breeze and room to induce proper twist in the light stuff upwind making her exciting to sail. Krakens interior plan is well laid out with an obvious emphasis on cruising and comfort aboard which make for a nice surrounding to be with your friends or family. To port, the galley is large with fridge, twin sinks, oven and two burner cooker with plenty of storage. Her galley/kitchen comes fully equipped with crockery and utensils.

The chart table to starboard is spacious featuring a full range of navigation aids. Her forward head/toilet is adequately sized complete with hot shower, sink and vanity unit. Twin, mirror image, aft staterooms have both large double berths, hanging lockers, and privacy doors. This is sure to be attractive for boat partnering where equal staterooms are a plus. She also boasts two single berths in the saloon that have lee cloths fitted for comfort. On the deck she’s a true cruiser/racer, Beneteau made great design in the 36.7. Kraken has a full set of sails along with spinnakers plus lots of other goodies that can be discussed with us by request for your charter.

She is fitted with an extensive Raymarine navigation suite plus mast repeaters, this boat is a great performance cruising yacht and ideal for weekends/weeks away on the water for both couples/ sailing families or groups.
